RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Darby Scott wants to ensure your complete satisfaction.
For darbyscott.com purchases, we will accept unworn, unused or defective merchandise
for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. Please note only items
purchased from this website can be returned according to the policies below:
- All items must be returned in unused (re-saleable) condition and must
include original packaging with tags attached. No credits or refunds
will be issued on used, worn or damaged goods. If the products you return
are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the
cost of goods sold and your original postage and packing charge providing
there is no evidence of the goods being damaged AFTER delivery.
- Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 14 days from date
of receipt to receive a refund; however, sale merchandise can be returned
for exchange or credit only if returned within 14 days from date of
receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment.
- Full-priced merchandise can be returned for exchange or store credit
for up to 45 days from the date of receipt. Returns will not be accepted
beyond 45 days from the date of receipt.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable on returns and exchanges. Original
shipping costs on defective items will be refunded.
- Goods must be returned with their original sales slip and shipped
in a trackable and insured way. We suggest UPS or Fed Ex. We cannot
be responsible for goods returned to us that we have not received and
signed for.
- Please let us know the reason for your return/exchange so that we
may better serve you in the future. Our easy-to-follow
Return Form (PDF) is included with each shipment.
- Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund or exchange. You
will be notified via email once your return or exchange has been received
in good order and a credit or exchange has been issued. Please note
your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your return is received.
If your exchange is out of stock or on back order, a refund or credit
will be issued.
